This article dwells on the results and the formation of methodological approaches to the development of conceptual models for sustainable development of regions, which allow to evaluate the significance of the studied characteristics of integrity, to identify its system properties and conditions of the intended reduction in the state defined by its own nature, structure and relationships of elements.
Sustainable development, in our opinion, due to the cumulative nature of the specific measures with a combination of rational governmental regulation and economic market methods actualize particular regional economic development, social structure and mentality of population.
