Avtors

Rahmatov Bahrom

Abstract

The creation of modern talented Tajik poetess Farzona, though having been the  object of numerous researches, however, remained out of the  field of vision on the part of literary critics in such genre as dubaity (a type of quatrains), but her contribution into its development is not small.

The author of the article makes an endeauvour to determine the place of  dubaity in Farzona`s creation. A thematic classification of dubaitys  is  carried out. Proceeding from  the analysis of the poetess` quatrains the author comes to the  conclusion, that loving, mystical and   philosophical four-lines-stanzas occur in Farzona`s creation oftener  than others and even these three ones sometimes don`t yield to precise differentiation. It  is asserned that  though dubaitys as a genre form can be found in the  creation of almost all modern Tajik poets, but the  genuine efflorescence  of the  genre is associated with the names  of Loik Sherali and Farzona.
