In his article the author analyzes moral ethical problematics in the creation of the outstanding Tajik-Persian philosopher-moralist, scientist, man-of-letters and well-known speaker Khusayn Voiz Koshifi (the XV-th century). Special attention is paid to his views concerned with political ethics and principles of state management. It is asserted that in pursuance to Koshifi’s outlook moral perfection is necessary for all, but especially governors and statesmen need it as they are a paragon of imitation for the nation. The analysis of the entire system in regard to political ethics of thinking expounded in the book ”Mukhsin’s Ethics” is adduced. The conclusion is made that the basic content of ethical and political views of Khusayn Voiz Koshifi hasn’t lost its significance up to nowadays and can play a noticeable role in ethical upbringing and spiritual enrichment of the members of society, especially statesmen and state officials.
