The article under consideration dwells on the issue beset with theme and rhyme, which is closely related to the topical analysis of the sentence. Each sentence reflects a definite purpose as a communication unit. By dint of sentence the speaker wants to convey new information to the listener and ask something unknown to him/her or make the interlocutor perform an action. The author of the article considers the communicative process of English-speaking organizations, because in these organizations the components of sentence communication, i.e. theme and rhyme are reflected more. Thematic and rhymatic peculiarities of speech in linguistics possess different communicative processes. They are closely interrelated with the members of sentence and the relevant interrelation is considered to be important in everyday language; both - theoretically and practically. It is for this reason that many linguists have paid special attention to the relevant issue.
