Abstract

The advantages of phraseology dictionaries of multisystemic languages (Tajik, Russian, English) as a scientific source for phraseology research. Concrete examples are presented with an extended preface or a separate scientific article where compiler`s viewpoint on key issues of phraseology is expounded on the principles of brevity and motivation of judgment; here refer, in particular, notions of phraseologisms, their variety, semantic-stylistic categories on the basis of which selection of lexicographic material is carried out. Such a necessity is caused by inadequate elaboration and sometimes both by opposite interpretation of phraseological categories by different authors. Scientific analysis of theoretical phraseology issues is done in comparative-typological aspect on the examples from multisystemic languages, those of Tajik, Russian and English.
