DATA REQUIREMENTS OF THE AUDIENCE AND THE USE OF SMM

Abstract

The article examines the data requirements of various segments of the target and analyzes the role of SMM in satisfying these needs. It is noted that in the modern information society, the effective use of social media marketing (SMM) is a key element of the strategy of communication, business and information exchange with the target audience. For successful effect of SMM, it is important to provide the reader with the necessary information, adapt the business and services to the wishes of buyers, and not lose the target audience, taking into account its needs and requests. The increasing importance of information and marketing in social networks of Tajikistan is shown, and recommendations for the effective development of this sphere are offered. The study used statistical data from media platforms, the results of sociological monitoring of research organizations, statistics of search queries in the Google Trends and Yandex Wordstat databases.
